Local Hero Exhibition opens

cube³ // Project - www.cube3marketing.com
Ex Liverpool player Mark Lawrenson, opened the exhibition with a host of football legends also in attendance; including Trevor Brooking, Howard Wilkinson, Dave Basset and and of course Sir Tom Finney himself!
I'm really pleased with all aspects of the exhibition and the end product looks fantastic. The theme of Local Hero runs through the exhibition with Sir Tom running down a typical Preston back alley and then through to what could be anyone's front room complete with Changing wallpaper, TV and carpet! Tom Finney was Preston born and bread and has remained one the people through to this day which, hopefully, the exhibition represents.

Exciting new exhibition work...

cube³ // Project - www.cube3marketing.com
We've recently won the pitch to produce the exhibition graphics for the up and coming celebration of the legend that is Sir Tom Finney. Following on from the work produced for The National Football Museum on the 'Jumpers for Goalposts' Exhibition we are pleased to be involved in such a prestigious event. More so for me, as I worked solely on the design work for the pitch after completing the previous exhibition work mentioned above (See Exhibiton section).
Here is a sneak preview of the exhibition's logo keep checking back for updates.
SM-ART Enterprise

cube³// Project - www.cube3marketing.com
This is an invite to a preview night of an art exhibition by young Bolton artists. The brief was to create an invite with normal A4 letter, roll fold dimensions but it had to be anything but just a letter. It had to have impact but be created on a very small budget. Literature for the exhibition will follow soon.
Peter Saville Naturalis x5

Point Well Made. // Event
I was lucky enough to get my hands on a couple of invites to the launch of Peter Saville's edition of the Naturalis series from GF Smith. I went along with Martin Fewell of Yolo (who, if you haven't already, you should check out here)
We managed to bag ourselves a limited print run book of photographs by Peter Saville and Anna Blessman and also a poster with a very limited print run of 200. I actually managed to get them signed too.
Check the book & invite out above and I will add the poster when I get a chance to get it framed.

Some * University work

Point Well Made. // Project
I've recently been trawling through some work from my final year portfolio and found this project. The brief, set as part of the Roses Student Awards, was simply 'Brand Swearing'. I put forward the idea that swearing can bring a sentence alive with the tagline 'be expletive, be more'. My work was shortlisted for the student awards and was featured in Digital Arts magazine as part of their Graduate showcase. See the link for more information: www.digitalartsonline.co.uk
*Fucking
Every cloud...

Point Well Made. // Project

of summer. So this project is all about how the grey just adds to the city's charm. Keep an eye out for more from Greyter Manchester.
